Shipping Policy

Perishable Products (Italian Sausage)

We take great care to ensure your Graziano Brothers Italian Sausage arrives frozen and in excellent condition. Each one-pound package is frozen prior to shipping and packed in an insulated box with protective plastic lining. Frozen gel packs are placed above and below the product so the entire box stays cold throughout transit.

All perishable items ship via UPS Next Day Air Saver to maintain product quality.

To prevent packages from sitting in warm warehouses over the weekend, perishable orders are shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Because sausage must be frozen before shipment, orders ship the following week after they are placed.

• Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday will ship the following week.
• Example: An order placed on Monday will ship the next Monday.

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package and place it in the freezer immediately upon delivery.

Sausage is shipped only during cooler months: September through May.

Non-Perishable Products

Shelf-stable, non-perishable items ship via:

• UPS Ground (3–5 business days), or
• USPS (7–10 business days)

We work to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

• We ship only to the lower 48 United States.
